Refund & Returns Policy

7-day return window

You can return any new product within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, in original packaging and accompanied by the invoice. Refurbished products can be returned within 48 hours if the unit is dead-on-arrival.

How to start a return

  1. Email returns@xetrix.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We respond within 1 business day with a return label.
  3. Pack the product securely with all original accessories.
  4. Our courier picks it up at no cost to you (within India).

Refunds

Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery refunds are issued via bank transfer.

What is not returnable

  • Custom-built PCs (once assembly has started)
  • Software licences, downloadable items, gift cards
  • Opened accessories that have been used (keyboards, mice, webcams, etc.) unless defective

Damaged on arrival?

Photograph the damage and email returns@xetrix.com within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
