Free shipping above ₹50,000
All orders above ₹50,000 ship free across India. Below that, a flat ₹399 logistics fee applies.
Delivery time
- Stocked items: dispatched within 1 business day, delivered in 2–5 days depending on location.
- Custom-built PCs: 5–7 business days for assembly, burn-in testing and quality checks before dispatch.
- Refurbished items: dispatched within 2 business days after final QA.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India through Blue Dart, Delhivery and DTDC. International shipping is available on request — contact sales@xetrix.com.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email and SMS within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also view live status under My Account → Orders.
Pickup
