What does 'refurbished' mean on Xetrix?

Our refurbished products are pre-owned units that have been deep-cleaned, fully tested, and restored to working condition by our in-house team. Each unit is graded A / B / C based on cosmetic condition and ships with a 6-month Xetrix warranty.

How long does delivery take?

Stocked items dispatch within 1 business day and arrive in 2–5 days. Custom-built PCs take 5–7 business days for assembly and QA before dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Is shipping free?

Yes — free nationwide shipping on every order above ₹50,000. Below that, a flat ₹399 fee applies.

Do you offer EMI?

Yes — Razorpay-powered EMI is available at checkout on most credit cards and select debit cards for orders above ₹3,000.

Can I customise a PC build?

Absolutely. Visit our Build Your PCs section, pick components step by step, and our team assembles, tests and ships your build.

Can I return a product?

New products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused. Refurbished items can be returned within 48 hours if DOA. See the Refund & Returns Policy.

What warranty do I get?

New products carry the manufacturer warranty (usually 12 months). Refurbished products carry a 6-month Xetrix warranty. Custom builds have 12 months on labour plus individual component warranties.

Do you ship outside India?

International shipping is available on request — email sales@xetrix.com with your destination country and we will reply with a quote.

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also see live status under My Account → Orders.
