Xetrix Technology Pvt. Ltd. (“Xetrix”, “we”, “our”) operates this website at xetrix.com. We sell new and refurbished laptops, desktops, monitors and accessories across India.

What information we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses.
• Order data: products purchased, payment status, invoices.
• Browsing data: pages viewed, products in cart, IP address, device type — used to improve the store experience.
• Cookies: for cart persistence, login session and traffic analytics.

How we use it

Your data is used only to fulfil orders, provide support, send order/shipping updates, and (with your consent) the Xetrix newsletter.

Payments

Card, UPI and net-banking payments are handled by Razorpay and Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share information only with shipping carriers (to deliver your order) and the payment processors named above.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing privacy@xetrix.com.
