Warranty
New products
All brand-new products carry the original manufacturer warranty — typically 12 months. Warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer at any of their service centres. Xetrix will help facilitate claims if you contact support@xetrix.com.
Refurbished products
Refurbished products come with a 6-month Xetrix warranty against manufacturing defects and component failures. Cosmetic blemishes documented on the product page at purchase are excluded.
Custom-built PCs
Custom builds carry a 12-month warranty on labour and assembly. Each component retains its individual manufacturer warranty (CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM, storage, PSU).
Accessories
Keyboards, mice, webcams, Wi-Fi adapters and speakers carry a 12-month replacement warranty against defects.
What is not covered
- Physical damage from drops, spills or accidents
- Damage from voltage surges (use a UPS!)
- Software issues or virus infection
- Modifications, unauthorised repairs, or use with non-compatible components
