1. Agreement

By placing an order on xetrix.com you agree to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Returns Policy.

2. Products and pricing

We do our best to keep product specifications and pricing accurate. If a price or stock-level error is discovered after order, we will contact you to amend or cancel the order before shipping. All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Refurbished products

Refurbished products are sold with full disclosure of grade (A / B / C) and a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Cosmetic blemishes are documented on the product page.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay and Stripe. We accept cards, UPI, net-banking and select EMI plans. Orders are confirmed only after payment is verified.

5. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy. Free shipping on orders above ₹50,000.

6. Warranty

See our Warranty page. Original manufacturer warranty applies to new products. Refurbished items carry a 6-month Xetrix warranty.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for data loss, lost profits, or consequential damages.

8. Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
